Often when we have negative experiences as a child, the memories stay with us and are remembered in the cells of our body. These memories repeat themselves and create negative behaviour patterns, limitations, lack of confidence and restrict who we allow ourselves to be in the world. 

These experiences create repetitive sub-conscious programming and habits, which materialize as negative ways of being which operate unconsciously whether we want them or not. They become part of us and we start to believe we are what we ‘think’ and those thoughts create more of the same unwanted programming.

Your inner child may be 3, 5, 7, older or younger. No matter what age, the pain is still very real and is vibrating 24/7 until it is acknowledged and allowed to go. 

Jaz Goven, the creator of Fast Track Technique and now FTT4KIDZ invites you to take a Fast Track journey back to your inner child where hurt, pain and suffering was experienced and release ‘it’ along with ‘its’ limitations and inhibitions.
